Welcome to the Geek Howtos!
I am so glad you have found my site! This site could very well be the most life changing site any geek will ever visit. What is this site? Who is this Jerry guy?! Well you are right to ask, and I shall answer...First, "Who is this Jerry guy?" is a very important question to answer. Jerry is me, the writer of this site. I am a computer geek plain and simple. A computer geek, however, that has learned much over the years. One of the main things I have learned is how to coexist with other humans. This is something most geeks have quite a bit of troubles with. This is not to say that I'm a sellout. I still believe in my geekdom and still believe in my Geek Definition. There are, however, many small things one can do to be somewhat of a part of society.
This brings us to the 'why'. Why make a site like this?! Well, first and foremost it will be fun to write and fun to read. Secondly, other geeks may actually gain from my experiences and how dare I keep my knowledge to myself. So, I will be adding as time permits, stories of what I've done to remain a geek, yet be 'normal' enough that others enjoy to be around me. Some of my first howtos are going to be rather short and simple. You of course have to start small and simple then work into the bigger stuff.
